My vision is by enabling our youth and students to take informed decisions about their career by providing quality career counseling to students, graduates, and professionals. 

Most of the youth in the country do not have access to good career counselors and are not aware of the career opportunities available. There is an Information Deficit among students about career and the need of counselling. I intend to reach out to students provide career counselling services tailored to the specific requirements. 

I am an educator and a management professional with 10 odd years of experience in national and international organizations with a keen interest and experience in Project Management, Career Counselling, Skill/Capacity Building, Content Creation, Facilitation, Partnership Management, Strategic Planning, Budget Management, Fundraising, Communication, Monitoring and Evaluation. 

In my previous roles, I have designed and managed operations and programs reaching out to 1,565,809 students and 13,182 community members and youth in the period 2012-2022. While being in these roles I was selected and acknowledged in Global Action on Poverty Changemaker (GAP), Tech4Good Fellowship, Wipro Seeding Programme Fellowship and Pravah Changeloom Fellowship for my leadership and entrepreneurial skills.

Throughout my experiences, I’ve collaborated with both internal and external stakeholders to conduct capacity-building sessions/events for 5,092 teachers on leadership skills, classroom management, lesson planning, growth mindset, life skills, evaluation and pedagogy. I was engaged in processes where I was required to liaise with the government officials in India and in Uganda to grow and support partners to embed the organizations’ models effectively and provide impactful outcomes.
