Alokesh Sharma

I am an educator and a management professional with 10 odd years of experience in national and international organizations with experience in Project Management, Career Counselling, Skill/Capacity Building, Content Creation, Facilitation, Partnership Management, Strategic Planning, Budget Management, Fundraising, Communication, Monitoring and Evaluation. I have designed and managed operations and programs reaching out to 1,565,809 students and 13,182 community members and youth in the period 2012-2022. While being in these roles I was selected and acknowledged in Global Action on Poverty Changemaker (GAP), Tech4Good Fellowship, Wipro Seeding Programme Fellowship and Pravah Changeloom Fellowship for my leadership and entrepreneurial skills. Throughout my experiences, I’ve collaborated with both internal and external stakeholders to conduct capacity-building sessions/events for 5,092 teachers on leadership skills, classroom management, lesson planning, growth mindset, life skills, evaluation and pedagogy. I was engaged in processes where I was required to liaise with government officials in India and in Uganda to implement education programs effectively and provide impactful outcomes.
