As a seasoned strategist and implementer, Pankaj excelled at navigating complex project delivery systems, leading large-scale change management initiatives, delivering high-stakes transformations within rigorous time and cost parameters and ensuring that internal systems evolve alongside market demands. 

Pankaj’s board-level expertise was solidified during his tenure as Managing Director and Board Member of Arvos Energy India Private Limited (2014–2018). In this capacity, he successfully navigated the complexities of a Leveraged Buy-Out (LBO) from Alstom. His approach centers on building immediate rapport and long-term credibility with C-suite decision-makers.

With extensive international experience, Pankaj has successfully led high-value business negotiations across disparate cultural landscapes, including the USA, Europe, Japan, China, and India. This global perspective is further informed by a three-year international assignment in Germany, where he managed complex cross-border projects.

He holds a PGDM in International Business and is a qualified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
